Chakrapani Ayurveda Clinic & Research Centre was founded in Jaipur in 1998 by Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha. Its work has grown around clinical Ayurveda, physician-directed Panchakarma, education, and documented pharmacy and formulation work.
A small beginning in Jaipur
Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha founded Chakrapani in Jaipur in 1998, beginning with a small Ayurveda dispensary and clinic. As the institution developed, consultations, Panchakarma, teaching and pharmacy work grew alongside one another.
Institutional records place Chakrapani’s move to its Diamond Hill premises in 2007. The centre remains based in Jaipur, where its clinical and educational work continues.

Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha founded Chakrapani in Jaipur in 1998. Before entering senior public service in 2017, he served as Chakrapani’s Chief Consultant. He was Vice-Chancellor of Gujarat Ayurved University from 30 July 2013 to 29 July 2016 and received the Padma Shri in Medicine in 2015.

Pharmacy work developed alongside clinical care
Clinical and pharmacy work developed alongside one another as Chakrapani grew.
