What we collect
Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, country, and postal address when you order medicines.
Health information you choose to share for a consultation or Panchakarma enquiry: symptoms, diagnoses, current medication, reports, and prakriti questionnaire answers.
Order and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
Basic technical data about your visit — pages viewed, device type, approximate region — used only to keep the site working and understand what people read.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, plan and deliver clinical care, prepare and ship medicines, and keep the treatment records a clinic is required to keep.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use health information for advertising.
Health information
Anything you tell a physician is treated as confidential clinical information. It is seen only by the treating physician and the clinical staff involved in your care, and is retained as part of your case record so that follow-up consultations have context.
We will not share it with anyone outside the clinic without your explicit consent, except where Indian law requires disclosure.
Who else sees your data
Service providers who make the site and pharmacy work — hosting, our e-commerce platform, payment processing, email delivery and shipping couriers — and only the minimum data each needs to do its job.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask us to delete data we are not required to retain, or unsubscribe from any email at any time. Email info@chakrapaniayurveda.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the review date above and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
