A classical cleanse, prescribed — not a package.

Physician-led Panchakarma in the tradition it was taught. Every guest is examined on arrival; protocols, therapies, herbs and diet are set to your prakriti and current condition, then adjusted daily by the same doctor for the length of your stay.

How it works

Three sequential stages, one continuous programme

01 · Purvakarma

Preparation

Deepana–Pachana kindles the digestive fire; Snehana (internal ghee, external abhyanga) loosens deep-seated toxins; Swedana brings them to the gut through gentle sudation. Typically 3–7 days.

02 · Pradhana Karma

The five classical procedures

Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Anuvasana Basti and Niruha Basti — chosen for your dosha imbalance and current condition, never as a fixed package.

03 · Paschat Karma

Restoration

Graded diet, herbs, rest and lifestyle guidance to rebuild agni and tissue strength. This is where results are stabilised for the long term.

A day at the clinic

Quiet rhythm, medically supervised

No two days are identical — your physician adjusts therapies as your body responds. What stays constant is the rhythm: early rise, warm nourishment, therapy, deep rest. The clinic runs on this cadence so you don’t have to think about anything except being here.

  1. 06:30Warm water, prescribed herbs, gentle yoga or pranayama.
  2. 08:00Sattvic breakfast, prepared to your protocol.
  3. 09:30Physician review — the day's therapies are set or adjusted from what your body is showing.
  4. 10:30Therapy block — abhyanga, shirodhara, swedana, basti or the day's pradhana karma.
  5. 13:30Lunch. The largest meal of the day, eaten slowly in the dining hall.
  6. 16:00Second therapy block or rest, depending on the stage of your programme.
  7. 18:30Light supper. A short walk, meditation, or reading in the library.
  8. 21:30Lights out. Sleep is a therapy — we protect it.

For international patients

From first enquiry to going home

  1. 01

    Initial enquiry

You send your enquiry with your health concern, approximate travel window and the length of stay you have in mind. Nothing is fixed at this point.

  2. 02

    Health information review

The clinical team reads what you have shared and asks for anything else needed to judge whether a residential programme is appropriate for you.

  3. 03

    Consultation or suitability assessment

An Ayurveda physician assesses your constitution, current state and history. This assessment — not the enquiry form — decides whether Panchakarma is suitable.

  4. 04

    Programme recommendation

The physician proposes a programme length and the therapies it would involve. Duration and therapies are confirmed only after this assessment.

  5. 05

    Travel planning

You confirm dates, and accommodation is arranged at Maitri or Aashiyana according to availability and what suits you.
