This website is not a consultation
Everything published here — descriptions of therapies, indications, daily routines, product pages — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not advice about your particular case. Ayurvedic treatment is chosen from your prakriti, your current imbalance and your history, which a physician has to assess.
In an emergency, seek conventional care
Chest pain, breathlessness, sudden weakness or loss of speech, severe bleeding, high fever in an infant, thoughts of self-harm and similar acute presentations need emergency medical attention immediately. Do not wait for an Ayurvedic appointment.
We work alongside your doctor, not instead of them
Never stop or change prescribed allopathic medication because of something you read here or because you have begun Ayurvedic treatment. Tell your physician at Chakrapani what you are taking, and tell your treating doctor at home that you are undergoing Ayurvedic care. Some herbs interact with conventional drugs, and doses may need to be adjusted by whoever prescribed them.
Please do not self-medicate
Classical formulations are potent. Several contain herbs that are contraindicated in pregnancy, in specific conditions, or alongside particular medicines. Products should be taken on the advice of a qualified Ayurvedic physician, at the dose and duration prescribed for you.
What we do not claim
We do not claim to cure cancer, HIV, or any other condition, and we do not promise outcomes. Ayurveda can do a great deal for chronic and lifestyle-driven illness, and there is much it cannot do. A physician here will tell you honestly which of those applies to your case, including when a Panchakarma programme is not appropriate for you.

Regulatory status
Ayurveda is a recognised system of medicine in India, regulated by the Ministry of Ayush. Its status differs from country to country, and our products are not evaluated by the regulators of every country we ship to. Where products are described as dietary or food supplements in your jurisdiction, statements about them have not been evaluated as medicinal claims.
