Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website, bookings made with the clinic, and orders placed with our pharmacy.

Using this site

The content here is published by Chakrapani Ayurveda Clinic & Research Centre, Jaipur. Text, photographs and course material on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

We keep the information accurate and current, but treatment details, fees and programme lengths can change. The fee confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking is the one that applies.

Consultations and bookings

A consultation is a clinical appointment with a registered Ayurvedic physician. Booking is confirmed only once payment is received and we have written to you with a time slot.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a consultation. Residential Panchakarma programmes are planned around room availability and physician time; the cancellation window for those is set out in your booking confirmation.

You are responsible for giving accurate health information, including current medication and existing diagnoses. Incomplete information can make a protocol unsafe.

Visas and travel

International guests are responsible for their own visas, travel insurance and flights. We are glad to provide a letter of invitation confirming your treatment dates, but we cannot influence visa decisions and cannot refund programme fees for a refused visa beyond the terms in your confirmation.

Pharmacy orders

Medicines are manufactured at our own GMP-certified unit and dispatched from Jaipur. Delivery times vary by destination.

You are responsible for checking that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country. Customs duties and import charges are payable by you.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched, except where the item is damaged, incorrect, or past its shelf life on arrival. See Shipping & returns for how to raise that.

Training programmes

Course fees, dates and certification requirements are set out in the joining information for each programme. Certificates are issued on completion of the required contact hours and assessments.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in relation to any booking is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
