Shipping & returns
Medicines are prepared and packed at our own GMP-certified unit in Jaipur and dispatched worldwide.
Dispatch
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within two to three working days. Freshly prepared items — certain medicated oils and decoctions — can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.
Delivery times
Within India, expect delivery in a few working days. International orders typically take one to three weeks depending on destination and customs clearance. You receive a tracking reference by email once the parcel leaves us.
Customs and import rules
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are set by your country and are payable by you. Please check that the products you are ordering may lawfully be imported where you live — a small number of countries restrict specific herbal ingredients, and we cannot refund a consignment seized at your border.
Damaged, incorrect or short orders
Write to info@chakrapaniayurveda.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, the wrong item was sent, or shelf life on arrival is too short to use, we replace it or refund it — your choice.
Why medicines cannot be returned otherwise
Once a medicine has left our custody we cannot verify how it was stored, so it cannot be dispensed again. For that reason we do not accept returns of correctly supplied, undamaged products. If you are unsure whether a formulation is right for you, take a consultation first — that is what it is for.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within seven to ten working days of approval.
