DOI: 10.7860/JCDR/2013/5309.3058; PMID: 23905120.

In a pyloric-ligation rat model, Avipattikar Churna at 500 and 750 mg/kg reduced gastric-content volume and ulcer-related parameters and showed anti-secretory and anti-ulcerogenic activity. This was an animal study, so the findings cannot be directly extrapolated to clinical efficacy in humans.
