Traditional Ayurvedic perspective
Ayurvedic management of kasa considers dosha, dryness or mucus, digestive strength, chronicity, age, and associated breathing symptoms. This formulation is traditionally used to soothe the throat, support expectoration, and maintain respiratory comfort. Recurrent cough, wheeze, fever, breathlessness, blood, or a persistent unexplained cough requires assessment.
