Ayurveda References
Classical Ayurvedic Reference — Sharangadhara Samhita
Chandraprabha Vati is described in the classical Ayurvedic literature, including Sharangadhara Samhita. The classical formulation contains a substantially larger number of ingredients than the six-ingredient Chakrapani preparation presented on this product page.

Research Highlights
Chandraprabha Vati and Metabolic Health
An experimental study investigated Chandraprabha Vati in 55 Wistar rats, including experimentally induced hyperglycemic animals. The study reported improvements in glucose tolerance and reductions in blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides in the experimental models.
However, the study used a classical Chandraprabha Vati formulation, not the six-ingredient preparation described on this product page. Therefore, these findings should be regarded as research on the classical formulation and not direct clinical evidence for this specific product.

Research on Chandraprabha Vati and Metabolic Syndrome
A network-pharmacology study investigated potential molecular targets and biological pathways associated with Chandraprabha Vati in metabolic syndrome. The study identified possible interactions with pathways related to metabolism, inflammation, glucose regulation and lipid metabolism.
This is computational/mechanistic research, not a clinical trial, and therefore does not establish effectiveness in humans.
