Gokshuradi Guggulu Vati combines Gokshur with purified Guggulu, Trikatu and Triphala herbs. Traditionally, this combination is valued for supporting the urinary system while also helping maintain healthy digestion and metabolism.

Ayurveda considers Gokshura an important Mutrala herb, traditionally supporting healthy urine formation and flow. Guggulu is valued for its role in Vata balance and healthy movement within the body.

A clinical study involving 38 patients with Mutrashmari (urolithiasis) evaluated Gokshuradi Guggulu for 45 days. The investigators reported improvement in urinary symptoms and reduction in calculus size, with stone expulsion observed in the study group.

Comparative clinical study in Vatarakta (gout)

A randomized comparative clinical study involving 40 patients evaluated Gokshuradi Guggulu for Vatarakta (gout). Both groups showed significant improvement; Gokshuradi Guggulu administered with Guduchi Kwatha produced better overall results than Gokshuradi Guggulu with lukewarm water.
