Overview
Kaishore Guggulu Vati is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation made with purified Guggulu, Guduchi, Triphala, Trikatu and other herbs. It is traditionally used to support joint comfort, healthy tissue metabolism and Vata-Pitta balance.

Kaishore Guggulu in Vatarakta
Clinical study · 30 patients
A comparative clinical study evaluated Kaishore Guggulu in patients with Utthana Vatarakta. Patients receiving Kaishore Guggulu showed statistically significant improvement in the clinical parameters assessed during the study. The results were comparable to the Amrita Guggulu group.
The study evaluated the classical Kaishore Guggulu formulation, rather than this specific commercial Vati.

Kaishore Guggulu in Gout-Related Research
A clinical study investigated an Ayurvedic treatment approach for gouty arthritis, a condition that shares some clinical features with the Ayurvedic concept of Vatarakta. The treatment protocol included Ayurvedic medicines and therapies, with serum uric acid and pain among the assessed outcomes.
The study reported improvement in pain and serum uric acid levels. However, importantly, the formulation used in this study was Punarnava Guggulu, not Kaishore Guggulu, so it should not be presented as direct evidence for this product.
