Research Highlights
Clinical Research on Phalatrikadi Formulations
A randomized clinical trial involving 64 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease evaluated Phalatrikadi Kwatha in combination with either Triphala Guggulu or Arogyavardhana Vati.
Both groups showed improvements in several clinical and biochemical parameters. The group receiving Phalatrikadi Kwatha with Arogyavardhana Vati showed a greater improvement in ALT/SGPT.
Important: This study evaluated Phalatrikadi Kwatha in combination with another Ayurvedic formulation, not Phalatrikadi Ghana Vati alone. Therefore, it should be considered supporting research on the Phalatrikadi formulation, rather than direct evidence for this particular product.
